Power couple Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have decided to sell one of their real estate assets, a five-bedroom home located in Owings Mills, MD, a suburb of Baltimore. Priced at $795,000, the property is currently pending sale. Acquired in 2012 for $460,000, the house is held under a trust associated with other residences owned by the Smiths.
Rumors suggest that the house may have served as the residence for Jada Pinkett Smith’s mother, Adrienne Banfield-Norris, a Baltimore native who co-hosted the Emmy-winning talk show “Red Table Talk” with Jada Pinkett Smith and granddaughter Willow Smith from 2018 to 2023.
Nestled in the Greenspring Valley neighborhood on a 0.70-acre lot, the property has undergone recent cosmetic upgrades to enhance its appeal. These improvements include a freshly paved driveway, a new front walkway, and an updated garage door.
The 3,184-square-foot residence features new luxury vinyl plank flooring on the first floor, new bay windows, and a new gas fireplace in the living room, creating a cozy atmosphere. Two of the five bedrooms are en suite, with the main-level primary bedroom boasting a gas fireplace, heated floors, dual vanities, a sunken tub, a steam shower, and a walk-in closet.
The kitchen is equipped with Shaker-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. The backyard, surrounded by trees, provides privacy and includes a large pool, hot tub, and a koi pond for outdoor enjoyment.
While this property represents a modest portion of the Smiths’ real estate portfolio, their holdings include prominent residences such as a 150-acre compound in Calabasas, CA, featuring a 25,000-square-foot main house, an 11,000-square-foot gymnasium, an artificial lake, and 70 acres of open space.
Additionally, the couple owns homes in Woodland Hills and Hidden Hills, both located just outside Los Angeles, along with their daughter Willow’s scenic single-story home in Malibu, CA, purchased in 2020 for $3.1 million. Read the full story here ▶
