Donald Trump lost his balance on stage at the Minnesota rally. Donald Trump took a stumble at a Minnesota rally, leading to Joe Biden’s campaign labeling him as “feeble.”

Trump was giving a speech on Friday when he nearly lost his balance as the podium started to tilt, managing to steady himself by holding onto the lectern.

The presidential candidate immediately went off on a tirade about the poor construction of the stage and the “crappy contractor” responsible for it, while the audience erupted into laughter.

He said: “You know, this is the worst platform. Who put this stage up? The freaking place is falling down. I noticed it keeps tilting further left, like too many other things. What a crappy contractor this was.”

Biden’s team didn’t miss the chance to ridicule this incident, branding Trump as “feeble” and poking fun at his “angry rant.”, reports the Express US.

They posted footage of the wobble to social media platform X, writing: “A feeble Trump nearly falls down on stage after he leans on his podium too hard and then goes on an angry rant calling his event workers ‘crappy’.”

The event was the Minnesota Republican Party’s annual Lincoln-Reagan Dinner in St. Paul, which saw thousands turn up to listen to Trump.

He continued to propagate the unfounded claim that Biden’s 2020 election win was due to widespread fraud. Trump said: “I know we won [Minnesota] in 2020. We’ve got to be careful. We’ve got to watch those votes.”

Additionally, he advocated for a “mass deportation” of undocumented immigrants and reiterated his pledge to create a new Iron Dome-like missile defense system.

Trump nearly took a tumble on stage after leaning too heavily on his podium, before launching into a tirade against his event staff, labeling them as “crappy”.

The former president’s near fall was just one of several mishaps during the rally. Prior to his appearance, the teleprompter had collapsed.

Seizing the moment, Trump used this incident to mock Biden, who had made some “brief, incoherent remarks” during a speech earlier in the week and had been escorted off stage.

He quipped: “Suppose that happened to Biden. He’d go like this – ‘bye’. He’d leave. I’ll stay with you for an hour, we’ll have some fun.”

Throughout the event, Trump seemed to struggle with the podium, repeatedly complaining “This place is falling apart”. He further commented: “This sucker is really tenuous. I’ve never had this before, that a podium is falling down.”
