Trump Reveals Truth About Bill Belichick After He…

It seems that the New England Patriots season has been such a disappointment that it’s even affecting the way former President Donald Trump gives analogies via Media Ite.

Trump spoke in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire, on Tuesday. He tried to draw a comparison between President Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping negotiating and his former high school team playing a top NFL team.

When asked whose team would be appropriate for the analogy at that point because the Patriots are no longer the dominant force they once were, Trump temporarily went blank.

“For him to negotiate with President Xi of China,” Trump said, “is like my high school football team playing… Let’s see, what’s a good football team nowadays? Philadelphia’s good. You know they change a little bit. I used to say New England. I used to say the Patriots.”

The mention of the Patriots drew groans from what seemed to be Patriots fans in the audience.

“I’d love to be able to say the Patriots,” Trump continued. “[Patriots coach Bill Belichick] is a great guy, great coach, but they’re having a little hard time. What’s going on with the Patriots? But he’s a great coach. He’ll figure it out somehow, but that was not a good game last night, was it?”

With Sunday’s 34-0 blowout loss to the New Orleans Saints, the Patriots fell to 1-4 through the first five weeks of the season.
