Cominsky also pointed out that this particular courtroom is so crowded with spectators from both sides that it’s difficult for the jury to figure out who supports who. While Melania’s appearance in court might have been a show of “support” for her husband’s denial of his alleged sexual involvement with Stormy, John Yoo, a professor at Berkeley Law, observed that this might have inadvertently helped the prosecution by drawing attention to the alleged affair.
